Customer-packed shipments 

To assist you in packing and shipping your equipment to Link Waves for testing, we provide a packing kit that includes instructions and guidelines for shipping technology equipment as well as air bills and packing lists. Smaller shipments can be scheduled with FedEx at www.fedex.com or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX. If your shipment is large, LinkWaves will provide you with contact information for a freight company to schedule your shipment. LinkWaves pays approved shipping charges. 

Asset Recovery Step 1 - Please include the Cisco model number(s) of your product(s).
Asset Recovery Step 2 - Include images of your Cisco product(s).
Asset Recovery Step 3 - Include any known issues and condition of your Cisco item in the email.
Asset Recovery Step 4 - Include any additional contact information, phone number or additional email addresses.
