The Billing Address must be the address of the Registered Card Holder as it appears on the Credit Card Statement. The Billing Phone Number must be the phone number on file with the Credit Card Company. Any exceptions to this rule will result in delays of up to 24 hours. The "Shipping Information" must be the person to whom the shipment will be signed for when the courier arrives at your office. Or, if it is a warehouse pickup order, the Shipping Information must be the person who will be picking up the order at the warehouse. 2) Multiple Product Orders Orders containing multiples of the same SKU Number will normally ship from the warehouse on the same business day as ordered. Orders containing multiple SKU numbers from different warehouses will either ship from each separate warehouse or the order will be combined into one shipment and shipped from our California distribution centre.
